Where it all began
My husband (John) and I began our health journey together years ago.
John was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, an incurable autoimmune disease when he was about 13 years young. Years of suffering, hospitalizations, and doctors prescribing more and more medication, but with no positive outlooks.
I often had stomach issues myself, stomach pains, fatigue, in bed before 7 PM, mood swings, depression, and insecurities. Doctors often told me this was normal at my age.
We, together, decided to make drastic changes, starting with our diets, experimenting with many different diets; Vegan, Vegetarian, Carnivor, Gluten-Free, Paleo. It wasn’t easy, but we went through many trials and errors and found that a change in diet drastically changed the way we both felt and that completely changed our way of living.
John had Ulcerative Colitis and is no longer on ANY medication. And this is the best I have ever felt. We are doing things doctors told us we’d never be able to achieve, like TRAVELING!

My Role as an Integrative Wellness Coach:
As an Integrative Wellness Coach I help individuals achieve and maintain holistic well-being by integrating various aspects of your health and life. This approach combines elements from various disciplines, such as nutrition, physical activity, spirituality, stress management, home cooking, emotional well-being, and lifestyle choices to create a comprehensive wellness plan.

Assessment: I conduct a thorough assessment of the your physical, mental, and emotional health, taking into account your lifestyle, habits, and goals.
Goal Setting: I work with you to define clear and achievable wellness goals.
Customized Plans: Based on the assessment and goals, I create a personalized wellness plan that often includes recommendations for diet, exercise, stress reduction, and other lifestyle factors.
Education: I provide information and education on various aspects of health and wellness, helping you make informed decisions.
Accountability: I offer ongoing support and motivation to help you stay on track with your wellness plan.
Holistic Approach: As an Integrative Wellness Coach, I consider the whole person, recognizing the interconnectedness of physical and mental well-being, and aim to create balance in all aspects of life.
Preventive Health: I focus on preventive measures to maintain health and reduce the risk of chronic diseases.
I have a background in various fields such as nutrition, fitness, yoga, environmental and holistic health. I work collaboratively with YOU to empower you to make positive lifestyle changes, improve your overall health, and achieve a state of well-being that encompasses physical, mental, and emotional health.
