Coffee “Ice Cream”
A delicious easy-to-make summer favorite! Coffee “Ice-cream,” made with coconut milk. Dairy-Free, Refined-Sugar Free, Gluten-Free, limited ingredients, and all around AMAZING!!

Ingredients: Dairy-Free Ice Cream
MADE WITH ONLY 5 ingredients!!!
Full Fat Coconut Milk
Maple Syrup
Vanilla Extract
Egg Yolks
JAVY Coffee Concentrate
Javy Coffee Concentrate
Javy Coffee’s Original Concentrate is packed with pure coffee deliciousness. An ultra-flavorful and ultra-smooth classic coffee taste!
I am not a coffee drinker because coffee tends to make me feel crappy!! But I have had no issues with JAVY Coffee, and it’s perfect for on the go, hiking, camping, or for quick cold drinks or treats (like this quick + easy Dairy-Free Coffee Ice Cream) when you don’t have time to brew a batch of coffee!

Ice Cream Maker
Immersion Blender

Coffee “Ice Cream”
Equipment
- 1 Ice Cream Maker
- 1 Immersion Blender (Or blender of choice)
Ingredients
- 1 Can Full Fat Coconut Milk
- 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup (or sweetener of choice)
- 3 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 Egg Yolks
- 2 Tsp Javy Coffee Concentrate
Instructions
Option 1: 24 Hour Process
- Add 3 egg yolks to a glass container than can sustain both heat, and being placed in the freezer!
- OPTIONAL: Heat Coconut Milk, Maple Syrup + Vanilla Extract up until the outside begins to bubble, and coats the back of a spoon (if you're okay with consuming raw eggs (local/organic/home-raised eggs), then you do not have to heat up – go to OPTION 2!)
- Once mixture has been heated, slowly slowly begin to pour + mix into eggs, using an immersion blender, being careful not to heat eggs to quickly making scrambled eggs!
- Mix in 2 Tsp JAVY Coffee Concentrate
- Let cool, place in fridge for 24-48 hours to allow to thicken, then freeze in Ice-Cream Maker (according to your ice-cream make manual!)
- Serve + Enjoy! Or Place in Freezer to enjoy later!
Option 2: Raw Eggs + Less Wait Time!
- Add 3 egg yolks to a glass container than can be placed in the freezer!
- Mix in Coconut Milk, Maple Syrup, Vanilla Extract, 2 Tsp JAVY Coffee Concentrate (using an Immersion Blender or add to your regular blender!)
- Freeze in Ice-Cream Maker (according to your ice-cream make manual!)
- Serve + Enjoy Immediatly! Or Place in Freezer to enjoy later!
