Yoga is such a powerful and effective tool in strengthening both the body and mind. By learning to be present with ourselves on our mats, we learn to be more present with ourselves in our daily lives.

We will focus on your specific goals, and those goals may change throughout your practice! Allowing you to feel more confident and flexible, cultivating a sense of calm, and connecting deeper within yourself, both on and off the mat.

Working together with movement, breathwork, mindfulness, proper alignment, and meditation. Being able to challenge yourself, both physically and mentally, while also being compassionate, accepting, and kind towards yourself!

Private yoga sessions are specifically tailored to meet your individual needs. I will design a practice that includes safe and proper alignment of postures and mindful breathwork.

Meditation Only

Meditation is a practice where we may use techniques, such as mindfulness, to focus and bring more awareness into your everyday life and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm, and stable state. Meditation reduces stress and negativity, increases the feeling of compassion and gratitude, improves sleep, improves relationships, and increases clarity, productivity & efficiency. In our sessions, we will learn techniques that you can use in your everyday life.

Breathwork Only

Breathwork is an active, sustainable, and transformational self-healing practice that will allow you to disconnect from the mind, enter a different state of consciousness, and bring you to a deeper state of connection. It is how we connect to our body, heart, and soul. It has a positive effect on reducing stress and anxiety and opens you up to expansion, confidence, clarity, and personal growth.
